This repository is the starting point for Mount Kato’s internal documentation system.

Access Areas

• Employee docs: general staff policies, onboarding, shared procedures
• Department docs: team-specific operating docs
• Restricted docs: management or highly limited material

Content Model

The site uses YAML data files for:

• navigation
• department definitions
• access tier descriptions

The content itself lives in collections so generated URLs stay grouped by access tier.

Working rules

• keep public-site content out of this repo
• write one document per procedure or policy topic
• assign an owner and review cycle to each operational document
• protect access by directory, not by hidden links
